When you unlock a fundraising reward, you'll receive an email within a few days to the address registered to your Extra Life account with a redemption code and instructions, so keep an eye on your inbox! If you've already redeemed, your order may take up to 3 weeks to process and deliver. In some cases, certain items won't be available to send out until a specific date, and that should be noted in the confirmation email you receive.

If you've unlocked a silver or gold medal, the emails to redeem those will be sent after the close of the fundraising year, to allow folks the chance to upgrade their medal.
