Made a mistake entering an offline donation? You can remove it and re-add it correctly in just a few steps:

  1. Log in to your Extra Life account.
  2. Click Donations in the toolbar at the top of the page.
  3. Select Donations Received.
  4. Find the donation you need to remove and click Delete.
  5. If needed, re-add the donation with the correct amount or details.

 
Note: If the donation had already unlocked a milestone or incentive, deleting it won't automatically undo that credit. Reach out to support if you need that corrected too. Still need help? Contact our support team and we'll take care of it.
