A receipt should have been emailed to you automatically after your donation. If you need a copy, contact our support team and we'll send one over. If you need our EIN or tax-exempt status for an employer matching gift program, let us know in your request, and we'll include it.

Note: If you donated to an Extra Life participant supporting a hospital in Canada, that hospital's foundation will send your tax receipt by the end of February of the following year. The Canada Revenue Agency does not currently issue receipts for Facebook donations.
